Ginny Edwards

Ginny Edwards is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as the General Counsel for the Health & Wellness Division at Mars since March 2024. Previously, Ginny held the position of Group Deputy General Counsel at Natura &Co from January 2020 to February 2024, where leadership was provided for an international commercial legal team supporting notable brands such as Avon, Natura, Aesop, and The Body Shop across various regions. Prior experience at Avon spanned from August 2008 to January 2020, where roles progressed from Senior Corporate Counsel to Vice President and General Counsel, overseeing legal operations and corporate governance. Ginny began a legal career at Fried Frank as an Associate from 2002 to 2008. Ginny holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Binghamton University.
