Haley Beeler

Haley Beeler, M. Ed, has a diverse professional background with experience in talent acquisition and education. From May 2022 to September 2023, Haley served as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Mars, where responsibilities included coordinating global panel interviews and managing pre-onboarding processes for North American segments. Prior to that, Haley worked at SkinPharm as an Early Talent Analyst and Client Coordinator, supporting client interactions and enhancing customer experiences for the e-commerce platform. Haley's earlier role as a History Teacher at Ravenwood High School for over six years involved training colleagues on inclusion initiatives and achieving high effectiveness scores in student assessments. Haley holds a Bachelor's degree in History and a Master's degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
