Igor Siqueira

Igor Siqueira is a highly experienced professional in supply chain management and operations, currently serving as the Global Pet Nutrition E2E Enterprise Planning Transformation Director at Mars since February 2022. Prior to this role, Igor held various leadership positions within Mars Pet Nutrition Latam, including Supply Planning Director and Supply Chain Transformation Director. Igor's expertise was further demonstrated through a tenure as a Senior Advisor at MT & SS Consultoria Empresarial, focusing on M&A and turn-around programs for mining and FMCG companies. Previous experience includes key roles at Coty, where Igor was the Supply Chain Go to Market Director for Coty Mexico, and Procter & Gamble, where a significant contribution was made as the Manufacturing Operations and Supply Senior Manager for Pampers in Brazil. Igor holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Universidade de São Paulo and is pursuing an MBA in Finance and Investments Funds Management at Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado.
