Jack Boddy is currently the Engineering Sustainability and Automation Acceleration Manager at Mars, where they accelerate net zero manufacturing and automation strategies across European factories. Previously, Jack held various engineering roles at Mars Limited, including Global Utilities OPEX Program Manager and Industrial Engineering Manager for Slough and Plymouth, overseeing long-term strategies and supply solutions. They also gained experience as a Process Engineer at GlaxoSmithKline and completed laboratory research at Polymer Systems Technology while pursuing a degree. Jack earned an MEng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Bath and completed A Levels in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry at John Hampden Grammar School.
