James Turner is currently the Global Operational Excellence Lead for Mars Pet Nutrition, a position held since 2024. Previously, they served as the VP Head of Operational Excellence at Bayer Pharmaceuticals from 2018 to 2024, where they led the development and deployment of a Lean Management System across multiple sites. Prior to that, James held various leadership roles at Procter & Gamble from 2014 to 2018, including Gross-Gerau Plant Manager and Jakarta Plant Manager, where they oversaw significant operational initiatives. James earned their degree from the University of Cambridge between 1987 and 1991.
