Jan Ullrich

Jan Ullrich is currently the P&O Director for Central Europe at Mars and has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. They have worked in various roles, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Merck Gruppe and Talent Attraction & Sourcing Manager at Merck Gruppe, among others. Jan began their career as an intern at Kienbaum and Siemens before advancing to freelancing and managing strategic projects. They hold a diploma in Business Administration from Universität zu Köln and a Ph.D. from Universität Hohenheim, where they graduated summa cum laude. Additionally, Jan has contributed to education as a lecturer in Business Administration at DHBW Stuttgart.
