Jennifer Wysocki Lytle is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in various executive roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President at Mars since August 2025, Jennifer previously held the position of Vice President & General Manager at Chamberlain Group from August 2020 to August 2025 and was also the General Manager for Access Controls and Community Services. Prior to these roles, Jennifer worked at Performance Health as Vice President and General Manager of Business Services and Global Head of Product Portfolio and Pricing. An early career included positions as Principal at Boston Consulting Group, Private Equity Associate at both Shore Capital Partners and Lake Capital, and Investment Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan.
