Jens Hoffmann is currently the European Supply Chain Director for Digital Business at Mars, having held various leadership roles since 2020, including Regional Supply Transformation Lead for D2C and D-Commerce. Prior to this, Jens served as Customer Relations Manager at Mars Deutschland from 2013 to 2015 and held positions at Fraunhofer IML, including Gruppenleiter Verpackungslogistik. Jens began their academic journey earning a Diplom-Logistik degree in Logistics from Technische Universität Dortmund from 1999 to 2004. Additionally, between 2015 and 2018, Jens was the Regional Senior IE and Process Manager at Mars Petcare Europe.
