Joerg Werner has extensive experience in engineering and operational management, currently serving as Plant Director at Mars since August 2001. Throughout a successful career at Mars, Joerg has held various titles, including Senior Industrial Engineer for Pouch, Plant Manager, and Operations Manager, among others. Prior to joining Mars, Joerg worked as a Project Engineer at Brenk Systemplanung and Schönmackers Umweldienste. Joerg holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Maschinenbau from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW), where education was completed in September 1999.
