Jon Kucinski

Jon Kucinski currently serves as Sr. Director of Corporate Development & Strategy and Managing Director at eighteen94 capital, a venture capital fund, at Mars since December 2025. Prior to this role, Jon had a significant tenure at Kellanova and its predecessor Kellogg Company, where key responsibilities included leading Transition Services in post-spin scenarios, co-managing the spin-off of Kellogg into Kellanova, and spearheading notable acquisitions like RXBAR. Jon's earlier career features various leadership roles at Fifth Third Bank and National City Bank, specializing in commercial banking and finance. Jon holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business, obtained in 2008.
