Josh Basil

Josh Basil, CSP, is the Regional Health Safety and Environment Manager at Mars, where they focus on enhancing health and safety standards within the food and beverages industry. With a rich background in Environment, Health and Safety management, they have demonstrated skills in talent management, employee engagement, and training throughout their career. They earned a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Wright State University and are currently pursuing a Master of Engineering in Advanced Safety and Engineering Management at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Prior to this, Josh held roles at Mars Petcare, including HSE Manager and Environmental/Sustainability Coordinator.
