Junko Konuta is an accomplished governance and control professional with extensive experience in internal auditing and compliance. Currently serving as Governance and Control Manager at Mars since April 2022, Junko previously held the position of Lead Internal Auditor at Nitto Americas, overseeing the J-SOX compliance program. At PepsiCo, from 2007 to 2019, Junko progressed through several roles, including Technical Accounting and Compliance Manager, where key contributions included acting as a subject matter expert on SOX compliance and streamlining the SOX consolidation process.
