Justin Phillips

Justin Phillips, MBA, has over a decade of human resources experience, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Mars since February 2010. In this role, Justin supports various teams including Engineering, Supply Chain, and M&M's Retail, while leading organization development initiatives and Inclusion & Diversity efforts for Mars Wrigley US. Previous roles at Mars include managing change management initiatives and talent strategies across multiple disciplines, such as Finance and E-Commerce. Prior to Mars, Justin worked at Movado Group, Inc. as an HR Specialist focusing on employee relations and training & development. Justin holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a B.A. in Psychology from Montclair State University.
