Katie Cater has extensive experience in demand planning and supply chain management, currently serving as the Demand Planning Leader at Mars since November 2018. Prior roles include Customer Demand Planner at GlaxoSmithKline and various positions at Hasbro, where responsibilities ranged from inventory planning to leading global planner initiatives. Katie also worked at Crabtree & Evelyn as the Supply & Operations Planning Manager and at KP Snacks in multiple roles, including S&OP Demand Planner and Demand Forecasting Manager, overseeing significant brand portfolios and leading system implementation projects. Throughout the career, Katie has demonstrated expertise in developing sales forecasts, managing inventory levels, and executing planning processes across different sectors.
