Keith Chan is the Customer Experience Head for Taiwan and Hong Kong at Mars, a role held since 2020. Previously, they led business operations projects and facilitated the Taiwan-Hong Kong integration. Keith gained experience in sales as the Channel Sales Manager and Key Account Manager at Swire Coca-Cola HK and served as a Senior Sales Manager and General Trade Manager at A.S. Watson Group and GSK, respectively. They earned a Master of Accountancy degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2016.
