Ken Beasley is currently the Principal Engineer of Factory Innovation at Mars, a position held since 2020. With extensive experience at Mars, they previously served as a Principal Development Engineer from 2018 to 2020, and as a Senior Process Development Engineer from 2013 to 2020. Earlier in their career, Ken worked in Site/Manufacturing Site R&D at Mars Snackfood from 1996 to 2006. They are pursuing a BSBA in Project Management at Centenary College.
