Kristopher Moore

Kristopher Moore is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in consumer care and engagement across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Global Senior Director of Consumer Care at Mars since January 2023, Kristopher leads the Consumer Care function for well-known brands in over 180 countries, focusing on digital transformation and consumer engagement. Previously, as Vice President of Consumer Engagement at L'Oréal, Kristopher was a member of the leadership committee and successfully transformed the consumer care approach, significantly boosting revenue. Experience at L'Oréal included various leadership roles, where Kristopher demonstrated expertise in operational improvements and team management. Prior roles include managerial positions at A.P. Moller - Maersk Group, TEKsystems, and Countrywide Bank, marked by a strong focus on customer service and account management. Kristopher holds an MBA in Finance & Management from Montclair State University and a Bachelor of Science from The College of New Jersey.
