Lance Musson

Lance Musson, PMP, is a seasoned engineering manager with extensive experience in automation and controls. Currently serving as Sr Controls and Automation Engineering Manager at Mars since April 2024, Lance previously held the position of Manager Automation & Controls, Engineering at Diageo from January 2019 to April 2024. Prior roles include Project Manager III at Quantum Solutions, Inc. from August 2014 to December 2018, Plant Engineer at Rapak from July 2010 to August 2014, and Electrical Engineer at both FleetwoodGoldcoWyard from 2008 to 2010 and Barry-Wehmiller Design Group from May 2003 to May 2008. Lance holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Northern Illinois University, completed between 2001 and 2003.
