Laura Dixey

Laura Dixey is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Senior P&O Business Partner at Mars since August 2018, Laura has also held significant positions including Associate Relations Lead and Associate Relations Manager. Prior experience includes roles at Tayto Group Limited as HR Business Partner, MWUK LIMITED as Head of HR, and Dimensions Clothing as HR Manager, among others. Laura’s expertise encompasses HR strategy development, policy implementation, and employee relations across diverse industries. An alumnus of the University of Warwick with a Master's degree in Industrial Relations and a graduate of CIPD, Laura also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Human Resource Management from De Montfort University.
