Layla Anacleto

Layla Anacleto is an experienced data and CRM specialist, with a robust background in e-commerce and customer relationship management. At Mars, from February 2021 to June 2024, Layla held the position of Especialista de Dados e CRM, leading the implementation of CRM tools and data integration while defining consumer clusters aligned with business priorities.
