Lena Halabi

Lena Halabi is an accomplished professional in the field of food technology and research and development, currently serving as the Director of R&D for Mars H&W Snacking EMEA since September 2023, where the focus is on product and packaging innovation for health and wellness brands. Prior to this role, Lena Halabi spent over eight years at KIND, progressing from Senior Food Scientist to NPD Director, overseeing innovation and optimization of the Bars portfolio. Earlier experience includes R&D work for cookie products at General Mills and a role as a Quality Management Representative at Al Taghziah s.a.l., where Lena Halabi implemented ISO 9001 systems. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Food Technology from Cornell University and a B.Sc. in Food Science and Management from the American University of Beirut.
