LI Mi

Li Mi is a dual-qualified Chinese patent attorney and lawyer with over 20 years of experience in intellectual property law. Currently serving as the Seconded IP Counsel at Mars since 2013, Li Mi provides day-to-day legal services related to intangible asset management and supports global IP policies in China. Previously, Li Mi held various positions, including Principal and Director of IP Consultancy at Lusheng Law Firm, where they advised clients on patent strategy and IP compliance. Recognized as an IP expert by multiple organizations, Li Mi has contributed to significant projects, including being appointed as the lead expert by EUIPO for a major patent initiative. They continue to enhance their expertise through ongoing education at Peking University.
