Liz Gray

Liz Gray is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. At Mars, since August 2014, Liz Gray has held multiple roles including Early Talent Lead for the Americas, and Talent Acquisition Effectiveness & Insights Manager, while also serving as a Human Resources Business Partner supporting Supply Chain and Demand Planning for Mars Wrigley Confectionery. Liz's expertise extends to managing 400+ associates at the Wrigley Yorkville Manufacturing Plant and contributing to North America's Mars University by implementing strategic talent development initiatives. Prior to Mars, Liz Gray graduated with an MBA in Human Resources and Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University and held various financial analyst roles at Whirlpool Corporation, ultimately directing a global equity program. Liz holds a BS in Finance from Michigan State University, completing studies there from 2002 to 2006.
