Manuel Abad is the General Manager for Central America and the Caribbean at Mars, a position held since 2023. With a robust background in sales and operations, they previously served as a Senior Sales Manager at SC Johnson and held various roles at Mars, including Director of Route to Market and Sales Operations. Manuel began their career at Procter & Gamble, advancing through multiple sales roles focused on traditional and modern trade channels. They earned a Master’s degree in Finance from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from ITESM.
