Marion Obringer

Marion OBRINGER is an experienced product development engineer specializing in the food and health sectors. Currently serving at Mars since August 2019 as an Ingénieure développement produits, Marion focuses on ice cream product development and long-term project management. Prior experience includes a role as a Spécialiste développement produits at Nestlé Health Science, overseeing natural health product development projects, and a position at Les Chocolats Favoris Inc. as Chocolatière responsable d'industrialisation, where tools for chocolate production industrialization were implemented. Marion also worked at SCAMARK as an Ingénieure qualité / développement produits confirmé, managing food product development and quality control projects, and briefly at L'Oréal in the haircare product R&I department. Education includes an Ingénieur Agroalimentaire degree from AgroParisTech and a DUT IAB from IUT Nancy-Brabois.
