Matthew Constable

Matthew Constable is a Senior Manager of External Manufacturing based in the Greater Chicago Area, specializing in Lean Manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance, and Supply Chain Planning within union environments. They previously served as the External Manufacturing Manager and Value Stream Manager at Mars from 2020 to 2024. Prior to this, Matthew held various roles at Unilever, including Operations Manager and Logistics Manager, where they led significant production efforts and managed extensive supply chain operations. Their career began at Schlumberger and included a role as Packaging Manager at Lagunitas Brewing Company from 2018 to 2020. Matthew earned a BA in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University in 2008.
