Matthew Emerson

Matthew Emerson has extensive experience in engineering and project management, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at Mars since April 2011, Matthew oversees capital projects from site selection to adherence to corporate standards and FDA regulations. Prior experience includes roles as a Statistical Process Engineer and Area Manager Process Engineer at Anheuser-Busch InBev, where Matthew utilized statistical process control for manufacturing processes and managed engineering teams for process improvement. Earlier roles at Anheuser-Busch involved providing technical support and partnering with R&D for new product designs, and as Engineering Manager at Cooper B-Line, Matthew managed a significant relocation and expansion project. Matthew holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, obtained between 1992 and 1997.
