Matthieu Brodin

Matthieu Brodin is an experienced quality management professional currently serving as the Head of Quality Assurance for the Japan Market at Mars since September 2023. Previously, Matthieu held the position of APAC Quality Head at Bel from February 2017 to September 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing product quality across the APAC cluster and participating in executive leadership teams. Matthieu also served as an APAC Supply Chain & Subcontracting Quality Coordinator and Senior Quality Manager at Bel. Prior to this, Matthieu worked at Royal Canin as the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment Manager, leading a team dedicated to maintaining international quality standards. Earlier experience includes roles at CHARAL as a Quality Engineer and at Carre d'As as the Quality Manager. Matthieu holds an Engineer's Degree in Quality Management in the Food Industry from Oniris Nantes, a CPLCO in Japanese Studies from Inalco, and a Master’s degree in Chemical and Biological Engineering from Nantes Université.
