Maxime Hesterman is a Principal Project Engineer with experience working across the Netherlands, Germany, and France. Currently at Mars since 2024, Maxime previously held roles including Project Engineer at Farm Frites, where they focused on greenfield and brownfield projects in China, Kazakhstan, and Egypt, and CAPEX Project Manager at FrieslandCampina. Maxime also served as a Tour Leader for Foreign Excursion Tour 2010 and gained early experience as an Engineering Intern at Shell. They earned a BSc in Molecular Science & Technology and a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Technische Universiteit Delft, and are pursuing a minor in Economics, Law & Management at Delft University of Technology.
