Megan Rushman is a Product Development Scientist with a passion for food product development and a first-class degree in BSc Food Science & Nutrition from the University of Leeds. They gained experience developing plant-based liquid formulas for coffee capsule systems during their internship at JDE and played a significant role in implementing experience-based retail in new Nespresso stores. Currently employed at Mars as a chocolate product developer for Europe, they have successfully launched products in the seasonal, gifting, and bite-sized categories, including white Maltesers, and have been promoted to the bars team. Prior to this, they worked at McDonald's for three years, gaining valuable team experience.
