Melanie Chu is a Product Development Scientist at Mars, with a background in chemical engineering from the University of South Florida. Since joining Mars in June 2018, Melanie has designed an interactive flavor pantry tool for global markets, co-led market research for new product benefits, and developed alternative products that maintain sensory experiences.
