Michael Watson is currently the Head of ANZ Supply Chain Planning Transformation at Mars Inc., where they have led significant supply chain initiatives since 2022. With extensive experience at Mars dating back to 2013, they have held various roles including S&OP Manager and Asia-Pac Data Manager. Prior to their tenure at Mars, Michael was an SAP Functional Lead and Test Manager at Toyota Motor Corporation Australia from 2010 to 2012. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science & Software Engineering from Swinburne University of Technology between 2002 and 2005.
