Michelle Lim is currently serving as the One Asia Regional Scientific and Regulatory Affairs Senior Specialist at Mars Foods. Previously, Michelle held the position of Section Head Food Regulatory and QA Department at Ajinomoto (Malaysia) Berhad and worked as a Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs Senior Executive there as well. Michelle's earlier experience includes roles in R&D and operational support, along with a brief stint as a Temporary Recruitment Consultant. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Product Development Technology from Universiti Malaysia Kelantan, graduating with first-class honors.
