Moritz Fischer

Moritz Fischer is currently the Head of Field Force Operations & Agency at Mars, a position held since 2021. Prior to this role, Moritz worked at Ferrero as a Key-Account-Manager, after serving in various capacities including Verkaufsgruppenleiter and as a Nachwuchsführungskraft im Vertrieb. Moritz has also gained experience in sales and customer consulting at Fischer GmbH and in sales support roles at univativ GmbH and ZF. They hold a Master's degree in International Management, Marketing from TBS Education and a Master of Science in International Business from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg, where they also earned a Bachelor's degree in the same field.
