Currently, they lead teams focused on SEC compliance and internal financial reporting processes at Mars, while their previous roles at Kellogg Company involved significant contributions to SAP implementations and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance measures. With a strong passion for controls and risk management, Nancy has successfully led initiatives in many areas, including mergers and acquisitions, compliance, and automation, ensuring a cohesive internal control environment across organizations. They are currently pursuing an education in Accounting and East Asian Studies at Michigan State University and studying Korean language and culture at Yonsei University.
