Neil Bourassa is currently the Customer Development Head at Mars, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to this, Neil worked at Wrigley, where they served as Regional Sales Manager and Customer Business Manager from 2016 to 2020, and as an Account Manager and Territory Manager from 2009 to 2012. Neil earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing Management from the University of Guelph between 1998 and 2001 and received a Diploma in Business Administration - Marketing from Georgian College from 1995 to 1998.
