Nitasha Happy is a strategic marketing leader with 9 years of experience in market research, brand identity development, and integrated marketing campaigns. Currently, Nitasha works as a Senior Brand Manager at Mars, where they utilize their skills in budget management and resource allocation to deliver impactful brand initiatives. Previously, Nitasha held various roles at Champion Petfoods, including Project Manager and Business Analyst. Nitasha also contributed to academia as a Management Information Systems Teaching Assistant at the University of Alberta.
