Olan Ocharoen

Olan Ocharoen is currently the ASIA Strategic Sourcing Manager at Mars, where they focus on strategic planning and sourcing raw materials for Mars Pet Nutrition Asia. With over a decade of experience in trading, hedging, and merchandising animal feed ingredients, Olan previously held the role of Senior End-to-End Development Manager and Fresh Food Express Manager at Tesco Lotus from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they served as Assistant Vice President of International Feed Ingredients at Charoen Pokphand Foods from 2002 to 2016, where they managed global sourcing and developed purchasing strategies for agricultural commodities. Olan earned a Master of Business Administration in International Business from UNSW Australia.
