Pascal Urlacher is currently an Enterprise Architect at Mars, where they lead technology architecture activities and manage deployment strategies for various enterprise tools. Previously, Pascal held positions such as Digital Collaboration Senior Lead and Senior IT Project Manager, focusing on cloud-based solutions and collaboration platforms. With a solid foundation in IT project management and development, Pascal has also contributed to human resources solutions and technical analysis in earlier roles at Sopra Group and 1&1 Internet AG.
