Paul McGenity is an experienced professional in the field of formulation science, currently serving as the Dry, Care & Treats Formulation Lead at Mars since July 2018, where technical leadership is provided in the development of Dry and Care & Treats products. Prior to this role, Paul held positions within the European Development Team at Mars as a Senior Formulation Scientist and a Formulation Developer, focusing on recipe formulation and production support. Paul's earlier career includes experience as a PEDP Engineer at Johnson Matthey, as well as various placements at Johnson Matthey and Syngenta during the educational pursuit of a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Chemical Engineering from Newcastle University, completed in 2014.
