Peta Cutts is currently the VP of Quality and Food Safety at Mars Petcare NA and holds extensive experience in research and development, logistics, and operations within the Mars organization. Since 2017, Peta has served as Senior R&D Director, focusing on global revenue, business growth, and the reduction of non-quality costs. Prior to this role, Peta held various positions at Mars, including Inbound Logistics Manager and Technical Support Manager, contributing significantly to site leadership teams. Peta earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Technology and Processing from the University of Western Sydney and is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Manufacturing Management at Charles Sturt University.
