Pierre Ingels

Pierre Ingels has extensive experience in supply chain management and project optimization within Mars, having held various leadership positions since August 2008, including Global Central IE Director, Supply Director for India, and Plant Manager and Site Director at the Breitenbrunn factory. Notable projects include establishing and piloting the Design to Value program for Mars chocolate in Western Europe and managing transformation efforts in the global ideal plant program. Prior to Mars, Pierre completed a consultancy internship at 3M Hellas focused on marketing strategies and developed a Total Productive Maintenance program during an internship at AstenJohnson. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in General Management from Vlerick Business School and an Industrial Engineer degree with a specialization in Electromechanics from HEPL.
