Pradipta S. currently serves as the Global Lead End-to-End Synchronization at Mars Pet Nutrition since September 2024. Prior to this role, Pradipta held the position of Head of Global Supply Chain AI, Digital, Data & Analytics at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from February 2020 to September 2024. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Data & Analytics at Mondelēz International from February 2017 to February 2020 and Director of Supply Chain Data Science at Procter & Gamble from April 2012 to February 2017. Pradipta also worked at Procter & Gamble Europe S.A. Singapore Branch, holding roles such as Head of Commercial Analytics for the ASEAN, ANZ, India, Japan, and Korea regions, as well as Regional Manager for Advanced Analytics in Asia Supply Chain from 2005 to 2012. Pradipta holds an MBA in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
