Prem R. has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Procurement GPO (Process), Insights & Analytics at Mars. Previous roles include Global Director of Category Insights & Analytics and Commercial Analytics Transformation Lead in procurement. Prem also pursued an MBA at the University of Oxford, graduating in 2018. Prior to Mars, positions at Lion included Business Integration Leader for Supply Chain (Capital Projects) and IBP Strategic Supply Lead. Early in the career, contributions were made as a Production Leader in Supply Chain (Manufacturing) and as a 3rd Sergeant in the Engineers with the Singapore Armed Forces.
