Rachel Thomas is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in shopper marketing and sales operations, having worked at Mars from January 2022 to November 2023 in various managerial roles focused on Sainsburys, Morrisons, and Tesco. Prior roles at Mars Petcare included Brand Manager, Customer Investment Manager, and Pricing and Promotion Strategy Manager, with significant achievements in managing digital marketing activities and improving trade promotional effectiveness.
