Rajeev Kumar is an experienced supply chain professional with 16 years of expertise in demand and supply planning, currently serving as Logistics Operations Director at Mars since 2024. Previously, Rajeev held roles including Supply Planning Lead and Logistics Operations Lead at Mondelēz International, where they drove supply planning and managed logistics operations across various regions. Rajeev began their career as a Scientist at DRDO and holds a Master’s in Management from IIT Bombay and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
