Renata Pytel has extensive experience in human resources, holding various positions since 2012. Currently, Renata serves as the People & Organization Business Partner for Central Europe and Poland at Mars since May 2019, with previous roles including HR Continuous Improvement Manager and HR Process Optimization Manager. Prior to Mars, Renata worked at CHEP as the HR Continuous Improvement & Project Manager and HR SSC Team Leader, participating in talent development and reverse mentoring programs. Additional experience includes HR roles at Sherwin-Williams, RR Donnelley, and HAYS, with a focus on recruitment and project management. Renata has pursued multiple educational opportunities, earning certificates in Business Process Management and Prince2 AGILE Foundation & Practitioner, along with various professional development programs.
