Renata Winnicka

Renata Winnicka is currently the RtR Financial Controlling Lead at Mars, bringing extensive experience in commercial control and demand planning from previous roles at Refresco, Kamis Przyprawy S.A., and others. They have demonstrated strong analytical skills and proficiency in budget and cost planning within the FMCG industry. Renata has also successfully created and optimized customer service departments, managed stock levels across multiple branches, and led negotiations with suppliers. They are pursuing a Master's degree in Management & Marketing at SGH Warsaw School of Economics while also studying at the School of Stenography, Stenotypes, and Foreign Languages in Warsaw.
