Richard Gower

Richard Gower has extensive experience in program management and business transformation, having worked at Mars from July 2017 to March 2023, where roles included Strategic Initiatives Program Management Director for Mars Pet Nutrition and Director of Business Change & Transformation for Mars Global Services. Prior to this, Richard Gower held the position of Transformation Programme Manager at Mars Global Services. Richard Gower earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies from the University of Reading, where studies were completed between January 1996 and January 1998.
