Rick Gotwald has extensive experience in brand management and innovation, currently serving as Sr. Director of Global Innovation at Mars since November 2008. Throughout the tenure at Mars, Rick has held various positions, including Associate Director of the CESAR® Brand, Sr. Brand Manager for the Wet Dog Food Portfolio, and several roles in brand management and demand planning. Prior to joining Mars, Rick served as a TEFL Volunteer with the United States Peace Corps from September 2005 to November 2007. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, supplemented by a high school diploma from Montgomery Bell Academy.
